This listing is the Original DogTagPillBox with two additional outer layers created for a rustic custom look and feel which gains character over time as worn.
Each may vary a bit because these are all completed by hand with an incredible end result,
This finish is not paint ! : Under the finish is a beautiful bonded skin from hydrographics (you can look at our actual hydrographic line for a view), Now the outer final finish- using imported carnauba waxes and metallic powder we create the final finish which you see in the pictures. Using this blend to create a look and feel that cannot be duplicated by paint. Very smooth , CNC machined with precise engineering.
This process is meant to create character over time from being worn. As the metallic finish slowly wears away just as with plating or ceramicve, the pattern underneath will begin to show through looking even better or time than it does today !
